Refunds will only be honored if advertising client’s ad fails to be published 5 days after agreed upon date between publisher and advertiser. Please note: a 10% administrative fee will be taken out of the refund.
Cancellations made after the contract has been signed and agreed upon are not eligible for a refund. We do not grant refunds for reasons caused technical issues, acts of God or unforeseen mishaps on behalf of publisher’s website or print materials.
Event Cancellation Policy
Should ZeeBox have to cancel any exhibitor conference, attendees may choose to receive a 100% refund or to transfer their registration to another scheduled event. Registered attendees will be notified of the conference cancellation by ZeeBox via email.
Transfers and Substitutions
Advertisers are allowed one substitution request per ad before ad is approved or published. If you advertiser wishes to transfers ad content for other creative content it must in writing 7 days before print close date and 3 days for before online close date.
Product, Membership and Subscription Refund Policy
ZeeBox Media Group does not offer refunds on gift cards or any type of promotional advertising or product promotion that is direct or through any of our affiliates.
